In July-2023, Dr Akash Joshi presented a paper titled, “Women’s Contribution to the Safeguarding of Indian Identities Globally” at an international conference Panch Pran for a Developed Bharat: Challenges and Prospects jointly organised with ICSSR (Indian Council for Social Science Research, New Delhi) and BAOU (Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University, Ahmedabad).
The Central University of Gujarat-Gandhinagar and many other Universities and Research Institutes played a vital part as their knowledge partners. The conference proved to be a path-breaking event in this area where scholars from diverse fields presented their papers and exchanged their ideas. It provided a platform of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary studies for developing a holistic understanding of the proposed theme to examine the challenges and prospects of the next 25 years for India.
